What is filmed

The SmartStat camera works only during a paid game: it starts when the captain scans the QR code and starts the recording, and it ends after 70 minutes or when the stadium stops it. At any other time the camera does not record.

The video shows the pitch and the players. We do not use face recognition: players identify themselves by tapping "This is me".

Who sees it

Only people in that game's room see its video and statistics: those who open the captain's link and type the room code. The video is never published and is not indexed by search engines.

How long it is kept

Videos are kept for 30 days and then deleted automatically. Statistics and ratings stay in your account.

To have a video or your account deleted sooner, write to info@smartstat.tech. We delete it within a few working days.

Account data

For the account we keep your name, e-mail, phone number and password (only in hashed form). We use the e-mail only for game notifications and password resets. We do not sell or give your data to third parties.

Where it is stored

The site and accounts are on our hosting server. Videos are stored in Cloudflare R2 cloud storage and sent to a rented server for analysis.
